mixed feelings about the stay
small room small bathroom
the location was really good.
i was not happy with the room i received. it was quite small, and the bathroom felt even smaller. the shower was so close to the toilet that it was difficult to move around.

The sea view room had a beautiful view. The room was very clean , and the staff were lovely. I also liked the great evening entertainment. I found the location amazing , near many attractions.
My room was very small , but I managed to make it work for my short stay.

The staff were polite , friendly , and efficient. James at reception was excellent and helpful. He were really good too ensure a smooth check-in and address any concerns I had.

The food was of a good standard and offered a variety of options. The breakfast had many options , including a full English. There is also a pub in the building where I could get a drink.

The hotel is well situated , allowing easy access to nearby attractions. It is also near the Esplanade and the seafront. The hotel is a short walk to the train station and other services.

amazing seafront stay!
perfect location really good views friendly staff super clean room
The location was perfect, right on the seafront! our double room offered really good views. the staff were very friendly and professional. i appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, especially our room. It was super clean.
The bar of soap was a bit small. I would've liked liquid hand wash in the bathroom.

The staff offered a very warm welcome. They were always ready to help with a smile. hubert particularly stood out for his really good service and positive attitude. i received quick and attentive service at all times.

The hotel bar features a good selection of drinks, including various options on tap. I appreciated the variety. live entertainment was available in the bar area. the hotel also features a lovely terrace.

breakfast was delicious!!! there was a standard offering of cereals, juice, and a full breakfast available. the prices for food were good. becky worked tirelessly in the dining room.
